Gearing up has never been easier. Once you get your Membership, add your measurements and preferences to create your Member Profile. After you’ve set up your profile you can select your own gear or get expert recommendations based on skill level and preferences. Then, it’s off to the mountain to catch first tracks.

What You Will Need
Start Your Reservation
| Your Resort | First, let us know where you’re headed. Choose from any of our 12 North American resorts. |
| Your Dates |
Next, let us know when you’ll be visiting by selecting the first and last consecutive dates you’ll be needing gear. Non-consecutive days will need separate reservations. |
| Who is Going |
Lastly, let us know who’s coming with you. Choose all members of the household that will be renting gear. All reservations must be made in the My Epic App by My Epic Gear Members age 18+. |

Now for the fun part: deciding what to get. You can stick with the same gear from a previous reservation, select your chosen favorite, or try something new. Can’t decide? Get expert recommendations based on your profile. Add a helmet and boots, or bring your own. Select your skill level, confirm, and you’re good to go.

In-App Reservation Modification
This season, your membership is more flexible than ever! With in-app Reservation modifications, My Epic Gear members have the power to update the how, when, and what up to 48 hours before your first day on the slopes. It’s control in the palm of your hand, so you can chase the forecast, or just keep your options open.
For Pickup or Delivery? How to Get Your Gear
Slopeside Pickup
Want to avoid lugging your gear around the resort? Pick up your skis, boards, boots, and poles near the lift. Once you’re done for the day you can drop your gear off at the same location.
Delivery
Want your gear brought to you? We’ll deliver to your lodging the night before so you’ll be ready to catch first chair. Search your address in the app to see if it’s within our delivery radius.
Split Delivery
Want some gear delivered and some slopeside? With split delivery you can get your boots and helmet delivered to your lodging the night before and have your skis or board waiting for you near the lift.
Finalize Your Selections
Once you’ve let us know when and where you’ll be visiting, what you’ll need, and how you want to get it, pay for your reservation dates and you’re all set. Keep an eye out for pre-arrival instructions from My Epic Gear before your trip, and get ready for the most epic season ever!
