It is important that you are pleased with your merchandise you have selected. Should you have any exchange or return needs, please do the following:
New condition and not decorated merchandise can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. Please fill out the exchange & return form indicating your preferences. Merchandise must be shipped via a traceable method (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to:

- Body basics & fundamentals and bows cannot be returned, due to health reasons, unless defective.
- Custom made or custom decorated merchandise is not returnable unless defective.
- Worn/used, stained merchandise is not returnable unless defective.
- Original shipping fees are not returnable.
- Return shipping fees are not returnable.
- Please allow one week to process the exchange or return.
- If a debit and credit card was used, refunds will be credited to the original card used.
- If a check was used, refunds will be returned via a check.
- If a school purchase order was used, refunds will be credit back to the school’s account/purchase order used.
Defective items may be exchanged only for the exact same item within 60 days (proof of purchase is required). Merchandise must be shipped via a traceable method (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to Epic Gear (address above). Defective items are subject to inspection and verification that they are indeed defective before the exchange is processed. Epic Gear reserves the right to have the option to put the item into alterations instead of replacing the items. Epic Gear is responsible for shipping the replacement/altered item to you per your original shipping method selected.
Returns and exchanges may take 3-5 business days to process.
